This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Sufaira are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Shipping Coverage

Sufaira currently ships all over India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped using reliable courier partners such as Shiprocket and its associated courier services. Courier selection may vary depending on serviceability, location, and operational factors.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • In rare cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location:

  • Metro cities: 4–5 working days
  • Non-metro / remote areas: 6–7 working days

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions are beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders across India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small advance amount may be required before dispatch. This helps us reduce fake or unaccepted orders.
  • Any applicable COD charges will be clearly communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes.
  • Customers opting for COD may be required to pay a partial amount in advance.
  • Orders will be shipped only after the advance amount is successfully received.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly for delivery updates.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Sufaira will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Any re-shipping required due to address issues will be chargeable.

9. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to reasons such as:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

The order will be considered RTO (Return to Origin).

  • In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
  • Re-shipment can be arranged upon request with additional shipping charges.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

Sufaira shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier disruptions.
