Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Leakage during transit

Broken container

Wrong product delivered
To be eligible for a return:

The attar must not be used

The product must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of issue (images/video) may be required for verification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Loose Attars (as they are freshly packed and filled only after an order is placed)
All other collections are eligible for return as per the policy above.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (damage, leakage, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

Please do not send products back without prior confirmation.
Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Refunds are usually completed within 5β7 business days after approval.
