Refund and Returns Policy

At Sufaira, quality comes first. Every product is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that does not meet our standards, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Leakage during transit

  • Broken container

  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The attar must not be used

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of issue (images/video) may be required for verification


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Loose Attars (as they are freshly packed and filled only after an order is placed)

All other collections are eligible for return as per the policy above.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damage, leakage, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Please do not send products back without prior confirmation.


Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
